1. Services Overview

Beacon Strategies provides reputation management services for digital marketplace sellers, including review removal appeals, listing optimization, social media management, and account recovery support. All services are performed in compliance with the terms of service of the respective marketplace platforms.

2. Performance-Based Pricing

Our standard pricing model is “No Result, No Fee.” You are only charged when we successfully achieve the agreed-upon result (e.g., removal of a violating review). The standard rate is $75 USD per successfully removed review, with rates potentially scaling between $50–$150 depending on listing volume and revenue impact.

Initial audits are offered free of charge. Optional setup fees may apply for comprehensive optimization packages, ranging from $0–$100 USD.

3. Service Process

Upon receiving an audit request, we will:

• Review your listing(s) and identify policy violations
• Provide a preliminary assessment of recovery potential
• Submit formal appeals through official marketplace channels
• Track the status of each appeal until resolution
• Provide you with a detailed report of actions taken and results

4. Compliance Policy

We exclusively use official marketplace policies and appeal processes. We do not engage in review manipulation, fake review generation, or any other practices that violate marketplace terms of service. Our work is performed in full compliance with applicable platform guidelines.

5. Results Not Guaranteed

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results from marketplace appeals. Marketplace decisions are made at the sole discretion of the platform. Our “No Result, No Fee” policy ensures you only pay when we deliver measurable results.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their listings and issues. Clients must not engage in any activity that violates marketplace terms of service during the engagement period. Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their marketplace accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beacon Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
